  Barbara and Josie have been like lifesavers over the last 3 months. I got stuck with 2 housemates who broke lease and made it very difficult for me to find decent people to replace them and decided not to pay rent. Barbara has kept me informed and looked after me every step of the way. While Barbara was on holidays, Josie stepped in and was well informed and handled my situation with top priority as if I was her tenant. I cannot thank them enough for making me feel at ease while in a very stressful situation. If the rest of the team at D'Arcy's are anything like these to power ladies, then I recommend you run (don't walk) into their office today and get their services. THANK YOU.

  The Professionals Ashgrove are unfortunately very unprofessional. In our 6 years we rented a property it was questionable if the real estate would turn up for scheduled inspections. We had registered our dog when we first signed the rental agreement and were approved and during our 2nd year we had a call saying we we're allowed the dog as it wasn't on the rental agreement. We had a horrible time trying to get out bond back. We got professional cleaners in to finalise everything at the end of November. Then got told the next week that they missed spots, so we spent half a day cleaning and emailed the real estate to see if everything was satisfactory. We didn't get a reply and emailed and called and still no reply and this was already mid December. We left it over Christmas and New Years and emailed and called again when work resumed early January without reply. So we had to go to the RTA to get answer. We moved out end of November and it took til Mid February to get our bond back. Very disappointing - not worth recommending.

  In my long history of renting I have never come across a more slack agency. I felt really sorry for the property owners and would never rent or buy through Darcy after my experience.
